This is my go to water restoration company. I recommend Jake Ness to all my friends and family. What makes them different is the professionalism and customer service. They really do care for their clients and give the best pricing. If I need them to contact anyone, they will go out of their way to make sure my friends, family, and clients are taken care of. As an insurance agent, i have worked with other restoration company and it is uncommon to find one that does the job from start to finish. Jake and the team at Servpro are amazing!

I can't say enough good things about ServPro of HB. I was referred to them by a neighbor who previously used them for water damage and gave great reviews of the company.
I called ServPro because of some water damage inside my bedroom/bathroom. The owner Alan came out and did a thorough inspection. He found the damages to be pretty minor and was honest enough to tell me that his services weren't needed! He provided me with some instructions and guidance on how to repair the area on my own while spending a minimal amount of money. He even left and came back with 2 blower fans and a dehumidifier that he let me borrow for a few days, for free!
